What is
|
What is a Typical Practice Like?Swimmers will participate in land work, swim workouts, and synchro-specific drills.
They will work on figures, which are individual movements in the water as well as routines (teams, trios, duets and solos). |
Are there any Prerequisites to Join the Team?No prior artistic swimming skills are needed to join our team. Swimmers should be at least 6-years old and be able to swim 50 yards (2 laps). Artistic swimmers do not use the bottom of the pool so swimmers should be comfortable treading water in the deep end.
